At Wiley, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have recently streamlined our distribution and support process for KnowItAll Software and Spectral Libraries to provide you with the best possible experience. Please be aware of these recent changes for future purchases and renewals.
Simpler, faster, and more connected service
Purchases and renewals are easier than ever!
- Decreased shipping times as a result of our new manufacturing process
- Paperless license information, regardless of media whether USB or internet download
- Emailed license verification code
Wiley continues to offer both internet and USB media delivery for our KnowItAll products.
- For customers who still require media delivery, we have made significant improvements.
- USB media packets are no longer tied to a specific license. Each media packet is the same.
- As a result, the KnowItAll “License Verification Code” will no longer be included on the packaging.
- The customer service team will now send license information via email to all customers regardless of media type.
- In a rush? If customers do not want to wait for their media package to arrive, they can always download the software.
- Subscription customers: you no longer need to keep track of your package and can always get it from the download site with an active license.
