Exploration of the Use of Raman Microscopy to the Identification of Extractables and Leachables from Polymeric Containers

This Horiba Scientific study uses Raman microscopy to identify compounds extracted from polypropylene vials exposed to various liquids under differing conditions. The spectra were collected using a Horiba Raman spectrometer and KnowItAll software coupled with KnowItAll Raman Spectral Library was used to identify the extracted compounds.
