Expanded Instrument Coverage for the Wiley Registry of Tandem Mass Spectrometry Database
April 19, 2022 – The Wiley Registry of Tandem Mass Spectral Data: MS for ID consists of 12,048 positive and negative mode spectra of over 1,000 compounds of interest for forensics, toxicology, and pathology. Covering areas such as illicit drugs, pharmaceutical compounds, pesticides, and other small bioorganic molecules, this database is a reliable tool for the identification of small molecules.
In our most recent release, we have added the following instrument formats: Agilent PCD and Shimadzu LabSolutions.
This expands our instrument coverage, which also includes Agilent MassHunter and OpenLab, NIST MS Search, Proteome Scaffold Elements, and Thermo Xcalibur, TraceFinder, Chromeleon, MassFrontier, ToxFinder, and Tox ID.
